Approve the minutes as presented for the dates listed below:

B. September 25, 2024 (Study Session, Closed Session and Regular Meeting);
C. September 11, 2024 (Closed Session and Regular Meeting); and
D. August 28, 2024 (Closed Session and Regular Meeting).

BACKGROUND
The Mayor and City Council review and consider approval of the attached minutes, as presented.
Due to the lengthy duration of recent City Council meetings, staff is currently experiencing delays in generating the meeting minutes. We understand the importance of timely documentation and are working diligently to ensure that the minutes are completed accurately.
Once the minutes have been finalized, they will be provided to the City Council for review and approval.
FISCAL IMPACT
No fiscal impact associated with this agenda item.
LEGAL REVIEW
The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed as to form.
CONCLUSION
Upon review of the attached minutes, the Mayor and City Council will consider the approval of the minutes as listed and presented.
