BACKGROUND
Mayor Chi Charlie Nguyen has requested an item to be placed on the agenda to consider the removal of Planning Commissioner Tony Bui from the Planning Commission.
Pursuant to Section 2.44.020, Title 2, Chapter 2.44 of the Westminster Municipal Code, “any member of the planning commissioner may be removed from office by a majority vote of the council”.

None.
LEGAL REVIEW
The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed as to form.
CONCLUSION
Consider the removal of Planning Commissioner Tony Bui and provide direction to staff.
