BACKGROUND
The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) has been delivering contracted fire services to the City of Westminster since 1995. The 2025 Year-End Review serves as an important resource for both the council and residents, offering a detailed overview of OCFA operations. This review includes valuable data and statistics on emergency responses, community education, fire and life-safety inspections, and support for community development. Additionally, it covers advancements in new equipment and emerging technologies. A thorough analysis of emergency response activities is provided, along with highlights of significant incidents throughout the year.

LEGAL REVIEW
The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed as to form.
CONCLUSION
The Orange County Fire Authority will provide a copy of the review to staff for the uploading and distributing to community members.
